Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a HR professional to handle the full spectrum of HR for the assigned department on a 6-month contract in Novena. You will provide advice and support to line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment matters.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement and operational support of HR activities. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, HR operations support, and partnerships with stakeholders to ensure data integrity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in healthcare HR operations advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
