Responsibilities include HRIS maintenance, benefits and payroll assistance, employee relations, policy adherence, and general HR administration. Open to fresh grads with internship in compensation and benefits; strong communication a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AB/BS Psychology, HR Management, Sociology, or equivalent.
• With at least 6 mos. to 1 yr related experience.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in Compensation and Benefits welcome.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment and onboarding support: Job posting and sourcing.
• Candidate management and coordinating offers and pre-onboarding.
• New hire orientation and induction.
• Employee data management and HRIS maintenance.
• HR administration: benefits, payroll assistance, employee relations.
• Policy communication and compliance documentation.
