Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a People Shared Services Associate in the Philippines to manage HR data entry and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and privacy. You will handle employee lifecycle transactions, benefits data, and documentation across Workday and related systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional HR teams, adherence to data privacy laws, and support for audits. A degree in HR/psychology and 2+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• At least two years of solid experience in HR data management or a similar role.
• Experience with HR processes, systems, tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficient in ERP systems, database functionality and reporting.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing/case management systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS (onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Maintain and update employee master data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage personnel documentation and records.
• Archive files securely in HR database and support audits.
