Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS data management, and compliance. You will partner with employees and leaders to deliver seamless HR services that enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits administration, data integrity in HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS and Excel; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and government requirements.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
