CEVA Logistics in Makati is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records across the lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies while delivering excellent employee service.

The role requires experience in HR operations and proficiency in HRIS and Excel. A hybrid setup with on-site days and work-from-home is offered, along with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and employment records.
• Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support employee data maintenance within HR systems and databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee movements, and payroll validations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, Finance, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure timely processing of government-mandated and company benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
• Support HR system implementations, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
