Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, personnel documentation, and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with employees, supervisors, department heads, and Management.
• Demonstrates professionalism, fairness, good judgment, and confidentiality in employee concerns.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment and perform other HR duties assigned by Management.
