Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support the day-to-day HR operations. The role focuses on 201 filing and HR administrative tasks while assisting with recruitment and coordinating with the HR Team to ensure smooth HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, familiarity with 201 filing, and a proactive approach to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; HR administration or recruitment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of 201 filing and basic HR processes is advantageous.
• Fast learner with willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize employee 201 files and personnel records.
• Assist in preparing and updating HR documents, reports, and records.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and clerical requirements.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, and different members of the HR Team.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding and other employee-related activities.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
