Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience across HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and government-mandated benefits.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely HR services.
• Address employee concerns, grievances and workplace issues with fairness.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Ensure consistent implementation and documentation of HR policies.
• Support employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, payroll inputs, benefits and C&B processes.
• Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and leaves.
• Review payroll reports and address discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor standards and regulations.
• Supervise recruitment activities and coordinate staffing with hiring managers.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, onboarding and manpower deployment.
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and improve turnover times.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Monitor training attendance and effectiveness and maintain records.
• Support employee engagement and talent development programs.
