Job summary

J&T Cargo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Supervisor to act as a strategic HR partner for branch operations in Metro Manila. You will guide HR initiatives, lead a team, and ensure policy implementation across warehouses.

You will collaborate with operations leaders, address manpower requirements, and handle attendance, discipline, and HR documentation while traveling to assigned warehouses for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Business Partnering/HR Operations/Employee Relations.
• Experience supervising or leading an HR team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, discipline, and HR operations.
• Ability to partner effectively with operations leaders and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork, travel to assigned warehouses, and perform regular visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned branches and operational leaders, providing timely HR guidance and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Partner with operations leaders to address manpower requirements and employee concerns.
• Oversee attendance and timekeeping and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Guide in handling discipline, grievances, investigations, and HR documentation according to policies and regulations.
• Monitor recruitment and onboarding to fulfill manpower needs.
• Conduct fieldwork and branch visits to provide on-site HR support and ensure policy implementation.
• Identify HR and organizational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, retention, and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across branches.
