Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in recruitment, preferably in logistics or high-volume hiring.
• Experience in volume recruitment for rank-and-file and operational roles.
• Experience with salary negotiations and compensation discussions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Targets-driven with tight hiring timelines.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Handle volume hiring for drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess fit.
• Maintain a candidate pool for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, medicals, and pre-employment activities.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in preparing job offers and salary discussions.
• Participate in salary negotiations within approved structures.
• Work with Operations and hiring managers to fulfill vacancies timely.
