You will oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, compensation administration, benefits, and vendor relations, driving improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business or related field.
• 4–5 years of HR experience.
• 3+ years in payroll, compensation & benefits or HR operations.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, HRIS, data analysis and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Confidentiality and integrity.

• Problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operational services and controls.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll process and timely payroll releases.
• Review payroll inputs, adjustments and deductions.
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance, coordinate payroll with Finance.
• Investigate escalated payroll/timekeeping issues.
• Manage compensation administration and salary processes.
• Develop rewards and recognition programs.
• Oversee benefits administration and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws; establish payroll controls.
