Job summary

Dover Business Services Philippines Corporation, located in Cebu, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR expertise, lead delivery of HR services, and embed the strategic HR agenda across the Cebu site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 6 years in a generalist HR role in Offshoring/BPO/IT/Shared Services.
• At least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law and benefits programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Streamline HR processes and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Develop HR strategies, policies, work instructions and process maps.
• Lead HR process improvements and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to line managers on policies, compensation and incentives.
• Analyze HR data and metrics; act on findings with department managers.
• Facilitate annual performance and compensation reviews per global guidelines.
• Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct total compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Partner with business functions to boost morale, productivity and engagement.
