Job summary

AutoGlobal Group seeks an HR Operations Supervisor to ensure payroll-ready data, master data accuracy, and proper benefits enrollment across NCR, Luzon, and Visayas. You’ll validate attendance and onboarding, coordinate IT and payroll processes, and maintain HR records to support compliant, timely compensation.

Lead the HR operations team, oversee SLAs, and drive process improvements with Sprout, GLPI, and JazzHR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/psychology or related field.
• 4+ years HR operations, timekeeping, compensation/benefits, or HRIS admin.
• 2+ years supervisory experience managing HR staff.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding, and DOLE standards.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and 201-file management.
• Experience with HRIS or similar systems; GLPI and JazzHR are a plus; Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge at view/reporting level is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong controls and audit-trail discipline.
• Proactive in flagging exceptions and compliance risks.
• Discreet handling of confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Payroll-Data Validation: validate attendance, master data, benefits in Sprout before payroll cutoffs.
• Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Oversight: set up recurring deductions and verify registrations.
• Attendance, Schedule & Leave Control: enforce schedules, OT pre-approval, resolve exceptions.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Ownership: manage GLPI tickets for new hires and separations.
• Recruitment-to-Onboarding Handoff: ensure accurate Sprout records from JazzHR data.
• HRIS Governance: set master-data standards and approval rules with IT collaboration.
• HR Service-Request Management: oversee GLPI queue and SLA adherence.
• Records & Policy Implementation: maintain 201 files and policy communications.
• Audit Readiness: enforce segregation of duties and close audit findings.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: develop dashboards and pursue automation.
