Job summary

Potato Corner in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to maintain employee records, conduct orientation, and handle ER processes. You will ensure compliance with DOLE requirements, draft ER documents, and support engagement activities with the HR team.

You will work closely with the ER & Benefits Manager, coordinate with manpower agencies, and assist with inquiries and payroll duties for Singapore staff, ensuring timely CFP remittance and document processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Update employee database for movements (promotions, transfers, location, supervisors).
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for employees.
• Facilitate administrative hearings and attend DOLE conferences if necessary.
• Submit compliance documents to DOLE regional offices timely.
• Collaborate with ER & Benefits Manager on policy implementation.
• Coordinate with accredited manpower agency on ER-related concerns.
• Draft ER-related documents (Notices to Explain, Notices of Decision, etc.).
• Facilitate engagement activities with HR and Corporate HR.
• Assist internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
• Process payroll for Singapore employees with ER & Benefits Manager.
• Remit CFP contributions for Singapore employees on the 14th of each month.
• Process COE requests and related HR documents.
• Maintain electronic 201 files for Singapore employees.
