Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist in the Philippines to execute end-to-end ER case management across the organization. The role requires handling a high-volume caseload, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and generating HR data reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of dedicated ER experience, with BPO/call center exposure preferred, and strong English communication for producing audit-ready HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated Employee and Labor Relations experience.
• BPO/Call Center experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume ER caseloads.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to produce audit-ready HR docs.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end ER case management, averaging ~60 cases per month.
• Draft Notices to Explain, Notices of Decision, and investigation summaries.
• Advise supervisors on labor law compliance, discipline, and grievances.
• Conduct conflict mediation and uphold fair labor practices.
• Maintain HR case logs and generate routine analytics and reports.
• Support ER policy/process improvements.
