Job summary

Corebilt in the Philippines (Makati) is seeking an Human Resources Associate to manage HR policies and processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The role ensures compliance and handles timekeeping, payroll, and government contributions while driving employee engagement and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will support performance appraisals, employee relations, and benefits administration, partnering with managers to align HR programs with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in HR/psychology fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork oriented.
• Preferred experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers end-to-end recruitment across channels.
• Screens resumes and conducts interviews (in-person/virtual/phone).
• Coordinates interview schedules with Hiring Managers.
• Manages pre-employment requirements and recruitment tracker.
• Handles onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintains reporting on employment activities and HR metrics.
• Oversees timekeeping, payroll processing, and HR billing statements.
• Monitors contracts for regularization or termination.
• Contributes to employee engagement initiatives and culture.
