Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor attendance and leave records.
• Assist payroll by timely submission of employee records.
• Support employee engagement programs and training.
• Respond to inquiries on HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
