Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a qualified Human Resources Associate to join our team. You will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

The role involves posting jobs, onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel files, handling benefits, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. Strong organization, discretion, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR or admin experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in manufacturing a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activities including postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor attendance, leave applications, and other personnel documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll preparation, benefits, and allowances.
• Assist with processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Respond to HR inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Assist with training, engagement activities, and company events.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation on recruitment and movements.
• Coordinate staffing with department heads.
• Perform other HR/administrative tasks as assigned.
