Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate (Document Compliance) to support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration within our HR Managed Services practice.

You will be a primary HR contact, resolve inquiries, maintain confidential employee data, and help ensure compliance with labor laws while collaborating with global advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR/operations experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Experience with employee records, compliance documents, and back-office tasks.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping processes.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration to support workforce needs.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues per HR protocols.
• Support labor-law compliance and accurate documentation.
• Utilize HR software to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance HR shared services and processes.
• Gather and analyze data to inform HR metrics and decisions.
