Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is hiring a Human Operations Associate to manage the people lifecycle, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance. You will be the primary HR contact, support HR processes, and collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

You will work with a variety of clients and team members, develop your skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality HR services within a learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, shared services, data management, or related business processes.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and issue resolutions or escalate as necessary.
• Coordinate staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR transactions.
• Utilize HR software to manage employee data and documentation efficiently.
• Support employee engagement strategies and relations through effective communication.
• Implement process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Apply HR metrics to analyze data and inform decision-making processes.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with the Firm's code of conduct.
