PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate (Document Compliance) to manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits, and ensure labor-law compliance. You will be a key HR contact supporting operations across our global teams and driving data-driven improvements.

You will work within PwC's Acceleration Center Manila, collaborating with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams, using HR software, and handling confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Experience in operations, document processing, records management or back-office roles
• Experience with HR documentation and confidential information handling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
