PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced Human Resource Operations Senior Associate to manage onboarding, payroll, and employee data across a diverse client portfolio. You will be the primary HR contact, resolving inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in a dynamic services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• 3–5 years in HR operations, payroll, shared services, or related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues and route as needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in HR operations.
