Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Human Resource Operations Senior Associate to manage the people lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance within HR Managed Services.

You will build client connections, resolve inquiries, support HR processes, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery while safeguarding data and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, and data management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and records.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration to support workforce needs.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws within HR operations.
• Utilize HR software to streamline processes and service delivery.
• Support employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement process improvements to optimize HR operations.
