Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Human Operations Associate to manage the people lifecycle and day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and will support HR processes across a global client portfolio, collaborating with teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with HR systems and data management.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
Coordinate staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with labor laws in HR transactions.
Maintain employee data using HR software and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Document processes and drive continuous improvement in HR services.
Collaborate with team on complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and policy updates.
