As an HR Shared Services Associate (Document Compliance) at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently within our HR Managed Services practice.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 to 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Must have relevant experience in working in operations, document processing, records management, compliance support, or a similar back-office role
Experience in Employee records management, employment eligibility verification, regulatory compliance documentation (e.g. Form I-9, E-Verify, HR compliance documents, New York Proof of Age, and Michigan minor employment documents), and secure handling of confidential employee information
Microsoft Office experience is required
