SEO Hacker is seeking an empowered Human Resource Officer to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance within a Philippine work environment. The role leads HR Associates, manages sensitive employee matters, and coordinates with management and external partners to continuously improve HR processes and programs.

You will handle payroll coordination, onboarding, benefits, and learning and development initiatives while ensuring adherence to labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably handling employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, and compliance.
• Experience supervising or coordinating HR team members is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR team members.
• Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave administration.
• Coordinate payroll-related concerns and employee benefits.
• Review HR reports and recommend process improvements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and other sensitive HR matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate employee cases with management and legal counsel when necessary.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and recommend relevant programs.
• Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Monitor employee feedback and workforce trends.
• Support the planning and implementation of company activities.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and coordinate with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and applicable regulations.
• Supervise employee separation, clearance, and related documentation.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Coordinate employee movement documentation and organizational records.
• Provide HR recommendations to management to support business objectives.
