Job summary

MicroSourcing Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR Governance & Employee Relations Officer in Metro Manila.

The role ensures HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws and internal standards, supporting governance, audits, policy implementation, and risk mitigation in a hybrid, dayshift setup. You will collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to promote consistent policy application, strengthen HR processes, and deliver a compliant, positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably with Employee Relations exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling employee cases and HR documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, identify risks, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Labor Law & HR Compliance Management
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and other government requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess impact on HR policies and processes.
• Provide guidance to HR teams and business leaders on labor compliance matters.
• Review HR practices to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
• HR Audit & Governance: conduct regular audits of HR processes and records.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop compliance trackers, reports, and dashboards for HR leadership.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.
• Employee Relations & Case Management Support: document and resolve concerns.
• Policy Development & Implementation: update and communicate HR policies.
• Government & Statutory Compliance: ensure DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG compliance.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Training & Compliance Awareness: conduct orientations and awareness sessions.
• Promote accountability and compliance culture.
