Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an HR Analyst I - People Operations. You will independently execute Hire to Retire tasks across the employee lifecycle, from offer processing to benefits administration, ensuring data accuracy and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include onboarding, background verification, documentation, HR case resolution, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Oracle HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard offer management activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding activities for new hires.
• Oversee background verification and pre-employment screening follow-ups.
• Prepare and validate employment documentation and records.
• Process lifecycle transactions and maintain HR system data accuracy.
• Administer benefits transactions and leave management.
• Handle standard HR cases and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other teams.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
