The HR Analyst I - People Operations is responsible for independently executing standard Hire to Retire operational activities across the employee lifecycle with limited supervision. The role manages offer processing, onboarding coordination, background verification follow-up, employee documentation, lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, case resolution, HR reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage standard offer management activities, including preparing, validating, and issuing employment offers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and approval processes.
Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding activities, including employee documentation, system access coordination, new hire readiness, and stakeholder follow-up to support a seamless onboarding experience.
Coordinate and monitor background verification activities, ensuring pre-employment screening requirements are completed before onboarding and escalating exceptions as needed.
Prepare, maintain, and validate employment documentation, including employment contracts, policy acknowledgements, employee letters, and personnel records.
Process standard employee lifecycle transactions, including probation confirmations, manager changes, employee transfers, promotions, job changes, compensation updates, and employee reference requests while ensuring HR system accuracy.
Maintain employee master data and organizational records by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with established data governance standards.
Administer standard employee benefits transactions, including insurance administration, leave management, disability program support, and benefit-related employee transactions in accordance with company policies.
Manage and resolve standard employee HR cases by researching employee records, applying documented procedures, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
Prepare, validate, and distribute HR operational reports, workforce metrics, management dashboards, and recurring reporting inputs.
Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, employees, Payroll, Finance, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to support effective delivery of HR services.
Support process standardization, automation initiatives, continuous improvement projects, documentation updates, system testing, and operational excellence activities.
Contribute to HR operational projects, reporting requests, transition activities, ad hoc analysis, and special assignments by providing data, documentation, and process support.
Ensure all assigned HR operational activities comply with Xerox policies, statutory requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Lifecycle Management, or a related HR service delivery environment.
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is preferred.
