Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of operations, reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management, KPI reporting, process improvement, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data across multiple databases to support process optimization and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and actionable reports that identify trends, opportunities, and business performance indicators.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reviews using operational metrics and reporting tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data collection strategies, and innovative analytical solutions.
• Maintain data quality, governance standards, incident management processes, and business intelligence reporting activities.
