Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a seasoned Training and Development professional to conduct needs assessments, design comprehensive learning programs, and deliver training across in-person, webinar, and e-learning formats. You will partner with SMEs and department managers to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

The role includes managing probationary periods, PDP documentation, ERP rewards, and conducting exit interviews with data-driven insights.

Job Description

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design comprehensive learning programs, including the development of instructional materials, presentations, and interactive activities aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver training through various formats (in-person, webinars, and e-learning) and collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Manage and monitor probationary periods of new hires, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of required documents, including PDP forms and related worksheets, as well as tracking Employee Referral Program (ERP) rewards.

• Conduct exit interviews for Rank-and-File to Junior Managerial employees and maintain a comprehensive data summary and analysis of exit interview findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Training and Development.
• With experience in Training

Needs Analysis, Performance Management, Training Facilitation, analytical, and critical thinking.

• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, can work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the FMCG Industry is a plus.
