Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in Metro Manila to lead strategy and leadership initiatives, addressing competency gaps and driving employee growth.

The role will focus on designing programs, coordinating with HR, and strengthening organizational capability through structured development plans and people-focused metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, OD, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development, preferably with leadership experience.
• Strong experience in training design, facilitation, competency development, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies and leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training needs analyses and design interventions to address gaps.
• Lead organizational development initiatives such as competency frameworks, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Manage training budgets, external training providers, learning platforms, and program effectiveness through defined metrics and evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and overall employee performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in training design and facilitation, competency development, talent management, stakeholder management, and organizational development programs.
