Job summary

Orro Home in Quezon City is seeking a Training Specialist who can plan, coordinate, and conduct employee training programs to grow knowledge and skills across the organization.

You will identify training needs, develop materials, schedule sessions, and monitor attendance, working with various departments and external trainers as needed to ensure effective learning. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation and delivery of training sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in creating training materials.
• HR or Training Development experience is a plus.
