General Description of Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR information systems.
• Develop learning sessions to develop and enhance the capacity of the staff, up to junior manager level
• Organize learning and development programs, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Support offboarding activities, including employee clearance and exit interviews.
• Perform other HCM-related duties assigned by management.

Specific Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Coordinate with HCM Supervisor to determine hiring requirements.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Conduct new hire orientation and company policy briefing.
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR information systems.
• Create and maintain employee 201 files (physical and electronic).
• Update employee information such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments,and personal details.
• Ensure completeness and confidentiality of employee records.
• Monitor submission of required employment documents.
• Encode and maintain employee data in the GPMIMS
• Ensure compliance with document retention and data privacy policies.
• Develop learning sessions to enhance the capacity of the staff, up to junior manager level.
• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Organize learning and development programs, training, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare annual training and development calendar
• Develop training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
