The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, with advantage for those who have worked in a Japanese or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the company’s partner HR firm and external vendors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations concerns, including complaints and disciplinary actions.
• Promote employee engagement and provide guidance to staff and management.
• Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Assist in compensation review and wage benchmarking activities.
• Support the HR Manager in performance evaluation and review processes.
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
