Job summary

Glory Reborn Organization Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an HR Manager with 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience to oversee day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and training in a full-time on-site role.

You will ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, manage staff records, and coordinate workforce planning while advancing the mission and values of Glory Reborn.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records through the HRIS
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and workforce planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Develop and coordinate employee training and development plans
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
• Handle disciplinary processes, including Notices to Explain (NTEs) with due process and compliance with Philippine Labor Code
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records through the HRIS.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience , with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage.
• Experience in HRIS Platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
