Job summary

Agro Trade Integrated Ventures Corp in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field and has 1–3 years experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations and benefits administration.

Master's degree or HR certification is a plus; familiarity with labor laws, HR software, MS Office, analytics and employee engagement strategies is valued.
