Job summary

RACKS (Cavallino Inc.) is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support manpower needs across our restaurants, corporate office, and commissary in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, has recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing), and is fluent in English. Willingness to travel between venues and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRM or related field.
• Experience in recruitment: sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• F&B industry experience is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill manpower requirements for restaurants, office, and commissary.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for multiple venues.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across different locations.

Job description

We are a well-established casual dining restaurant group with multiple brands. We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Officer to help fulfill the manpower requirements of our restaurants, corporate office, and commissary.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course

• Has relevant recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews

• Previous experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is preferred

• Flexible and willing to travel to different venues for recruitment and hiring activities

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional, confident, and personable

• Organized, dependable, and capable of working independently
  

Note: Compensation package will depend on proven work experience and qualification.

Work Location: East Service Road, Taguig City and/or Merville, Parañaque City
