Job summary

Eliesel Philippines Inc. in Laguna is seeking an HR generalist to support employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a 4-year course and has at least three years of HR experience, preferably in a PEZA-registered company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.
