Responsibilities
- Conducting job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of various positions within the organization.
- Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This includes utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
- Administering and evaluating pre-employment assessments, tests, and reference checks to assess candidates’ suitability for the position.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers, ensuring the smooth flow of the recruitment process.
- At least 2-3 years experience in all facets of HR.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Standard labor laws.
- Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resources related courses; eligibility is a plus but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and travel at least twice every two weeks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; Psychology or HR-related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
