Neighbors and Nomads Coworking Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead the administrative and strategic operations of our workforce in the Philippines. You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compensation.

As a bridge between staff and management, you will implement training programs, ensure labor law compliance, and use HR metrics to align people initiatives with our business goals.

• Talent Acquisition: design job descriptions, oversee recruitment and interviews, and manage onboarding programs.
• Employee Relations: mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Performance & Training: oversee performance appraisal systems and coordinate staff training and career growth.
• Compensation & Compliance: administer pay structures and benefits while ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic Planning: align human capital strategies with overarching business objectives using HR metrics.

The Human Resources (HR) Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative and strategic operations of a company's workforce.
