Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions with a strong focus on high‑volume staffing, manpower deployment, labor compliance, and employee relations. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective people management across deployed and internal employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Strategy
- Lead end‑to‑end HR operations for both internal staff and deployed manpower.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with manpower operations.
- Partner with management to support workforce planning and organizational needs.
Manpower Management & Deployment
- Oversee deployment, movement, and offboarding of manpower staff.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Manage employee records, contracts, assignments, and documentation.
Labor Relations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and manpower industry standards.
- Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Manage audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, leaves, and statutory benefits.
- Ensure accurate computation and compliance for wages, overtime, and government contributions.
- Coordinate benefits administration for deployed and internal employees.
Performance Management & Engagement
- Implement performance evaluation processes appropriate for manpower operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Address workforce issues affecting productivity and morale.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, compliance, and workforce metrics.
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date HR records and documentation.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, with strong background in the manpower, staffing, or recruitment industry.
- Proven experience handling high‑volume employees, deployments, and labor compliance.
- In‑depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Strong employee relations, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work on‑site in Makati City.
