Job summary

VIDA PH is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and align HR initiatives with business objectives. You will manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and organizational development.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling end-to-end recruitment, resolving employee relations, payroll coordination, and leading KPI implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
