The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's human resources operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with Philippine labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee development. The position will provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while ensuring that HR programs and processes support the company's operational and business objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records and HR documents
Monitor attendance, leave, employee movements, and other personnel-related matters
Manage the recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on qualifications and company requirements
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other applicable Philippine labor laws
Oversee and review payroll preparation and coordinate with the payroll team
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferably with 3–5 years of experience in HR, including supervisory or managerial experience
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and disciplinary procedures
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
