Job Overview
The Human Resources (HR) is responsible for managing an organization's most valuable resource—its people. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and workplace policies to ensure a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Practitioner located in Makati.
Recruitment and Staffing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offers.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure proper documentation.
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting objectives and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs for employees.
Policy Development and Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update company policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor adherence to organizational guidelines and ethical standards.
Benefits and Compensation Administration
- Manage payroll and employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
- Provide support for employee inquiries about benefits and compensation.
- Review and analyze compensation data to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Use HR systems to generate reports on metrics such as turnover, attendance, and engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred for senior roles).
- Experience: 2-10+ years of relevant HR experience, depending on the role level.
