Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations as primary HR resource
• Oversee onboarding, recruitment support, changes, offboarding, HR docs
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations and performance
• Guide managers on HR policies and people-management practices
• Ensure policy consistency and HR program communication
• Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately
• Coordinate performance management, reviews, coaching, development
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Lead employee engagement and workplace initiatives
• Provide HR reporting and workforce analytics
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
