Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an HR Specialist/HRBP to partner with operations and HR teams to maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support day-to-day HR processes.

The role is onsite with a gliding night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, located at IT Park, Lahug. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and process improvements while coordinating with leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years solid experience handling discipline cases (investigations, twin notices).
• 1–2 years HR experience in an English-only work environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Paralegal writing for Discipline Notices and Investigation Summaries.
• Excellent command of English (oral and written).
• Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Understanding of Labor Law and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and performance scores and escalate when needed.
• Support workforce planning by tracking hiring demand and utilization.
• Provide insights to optimize manpower allocation and utilization.
• Lead monthly meetings with team leaders to review action plans.
• Lead onboarding and training processes for new hires.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Educate employees and leaders on company policies and HR tools.
