The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and oversight to day-to-day HR activities to support operational success. This position is responsible for managing key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance, while serving as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders. The HR Manager will ensure new employees are effectively onboarded and prepared for a successful employment experience at Woodgrain, while providing ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle. This position will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement through the planning and execution of HR programs, communications, recognition, and engagement initiatives.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear.
