Job summary

Identiti International, Inc. is seeking a Global HR Director to develop international HR strategies and oversee HR activities across the company, including planning, design, and implementation of programs for employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll, recruiting, reporting and onboarding.

You will ensure HR activities align with business strategy, supervise the international HR team, and build a robust framework for international employment contracts while producing HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience recruiting internationally.
• Experience with US-based PE-backed reporting requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of international employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and remote payroll tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee international HR strategies.
• Align HR programs with governance and ensure adherence across locations.
• Partner with EOR and Global payroll solutions for accurate payroll.
• Onboard new team members across international sites.
• Ensure compliance with international employment laws and regulations.
• Lead international HR staff and provide guidance to dispersed teams.
• Counsel senior international team members on HR matters.
• Create onboarding programs and processes for new hires.
• Coordinate communications within the global HR team.
• Oversee PH offices to ensure employee support and adhere to directives.
