A leading recruitment firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of HR experience in the BPO sector and be proficient in both English and Japanese. Strong problem-solving skills and a capacity to navigate multicultural environments are necessary. This role includes the development of HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws while driving employee engagement.

Qualifications
